Jackie worked with me on a number of different projects. He bought an innovative approach to solving complex reconciliation/control problems using standard Microsoft office tools, the solutions we developed were then used as prototypes to be built into the core systems. This approach enabled previously unreconcilable data to be bought back under control, and saved considerable costs of the same process been undertaken from scratch by the core systems programmers.

Jackie also trained the rest of the team and shared his knowledge and skill sets to ensure the success of the project could continue beyond his involvement.
